Congratulations, Claire & Bradley!
Mr. and Mrs. William James January of Wichita, Kansas, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Claire Marie January, to Bradley Atha Boeshaar, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Tucker Boeshaar of Our Town. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. Wells Cyril Smith of Wichita and the late Mrs. Smith and Mr. Bill Dean January of Andover, Kansas, and the late Mrs. January. Claire is a graduate of Wichita High School East. She earned bachelor of science degrees in marketing and finance from The University of Kansas and is careering with Hallmark Cards.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of Esther Atha Giffin of Our Town and the late Mr. Gordon Eastlake Atha and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Warren Boeshaar. Brad is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School. He earned bachelor of science degrees in marketing and finance from The University of Kansas. Brad was a member of The Jewel Ball floor committee in 2005 and a BOTAR escort in 2010. He is employed by UMB Bank. Theirs will be an August 24th wedding at Country Club Christian Church.
