Congratulations, Emma & Jason!

Marsha Morton and Mr. Michael Zisser of Pelham, New York, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Emma Morton Zisser, to Jason Morton Bloch, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Morton Bloch of Our Town. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Helen Sher of Scottsdale, Arizona, the late Mr. Manny Zisser, the late Marian Morton, and the late Mr. Robert Glen Morton. Emma is a graduate of Pelham Memorial High School. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and political science from Bates College. Emma will receive a master’s degree in business administration from New York University Stern School of Business this spring. She is careering with American Express in New York, New York.

Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin G. Shifrin of St. Louis, Missouri, and Mr. and Mrs. Henry W. Bloch of Mission Hills. Jason is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School and earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science from Middlebury College. He was a Jewel Ball Floor Committee member in 2004 and is careering at H&R Block in Kansas City. Theirs will be a June 2nd wedding in New York, New York.
