Kansas City CARE Clinic’s Bloom Party, “Cirque Electrique,” was held on April 21st at The Truman. Kiran Chandra, Tom Nagel, James Smith, and Mark Sawkin served as co-chairmen of the glam rock circus, where Barnum and Bailey met Bowie and Blondie.
