Medical Missions Foundation – 16th Annual Art for the Children Auction and Gala

The Muehelbach Tower of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown was abuzz on February 16th for the Medical Missions Foundation’s 16th Annual Art for the Children Auction and Gala. Christine Thomas Wilson and Brenda Kumm served as the co-chairmen, Lisa Lala Harris and Jan Rasmussen served as the art acquisition co-chairmen and Dori Boers and Ratana Tshibanda served as auction acquisition co-chairmen. Margaret and Jerry Nerman were the recipients of the Humanitarian Award for Community Leadership in Philanthropy. Medical Missions Foundation sends volunteer teams of doctors, nurses and support staff to developing countries on surgical missions.
