Women’s Foundation of Greater Kansas City – Making CENT$ in the City
The Women’s Foundation of Greater Kansas City and Girls Scouts of NE Kansas and NW Missouri recently held a one day financial education workshop called Making CENT$ in the City. Emily VanArsdale and Lou Wade were the co-chairmen. The workshop was created for teenage girls and their parents and covered topics including checking accounts, budgeting, investing, and job preparation.
