The Shepherd’s Center of Kansas City Central’s annual Prime Time Awards was held on October 24th at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza. Former Mayor Kay Barnes, UMKC Chancellor Leo Morton and Carol Sader were honored as the 2013 Prime Time Champions, and Esther Valladolid Wolf received the 2013 Dr. Elbert C. Cole Founder’s Award. Stevi Brick served as the chairman.
