Founder’s Day Celebration

Kansas City Repertory Theatre and UMKC Theatre hosted a Founder’s Day Celebration on February 3rd in honor of their 50th anniversary. The event featured a special Campaign announcement by KC Rep which unveiled the renovation plans for the Spencer Theatre in the James C. Olson Performing Arts Center on the UMKC campus beginning in May. The Coterie, Heart of America Shakespeare Festival, Martin City Melodrama, New Theatre Restaurant, UMKC Theatre, and Unicorn Theatre were participants.
