Mr. and Mrs. Jack Matthew Beal of Our Town are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Dr. Jane Marie Beal, to Bryson Lee Jones, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Forrest Jones of Mission Hills. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Frank Melvin Gile and Mr. and Mrs. Jack Edward Beal of Independence, Missouri. Jane graduated from Blue Springs South High School. She received a bachelor of science degree in biochemistry from The University of Kansas. Jane earned a master’s degree in business administration from Rockhurst University and a doctorate degree in osteopathic medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She is careering with the University of Missouri – Kansas City Anesthesiology.

Her groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Marvin Nye and the late Mr. and Mrs. Forrest T. Jones. Bryson is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University and a master’s degree in business administration from Indiana University. Bryson is employed with Fidelity Security Life Insurance Company. Theirs will be a May 19th wedding at Redemptorist Catholic Church.
