Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Barnds!
Annaria Nardone and Brandon Lee Barnds were married on June 23rd at Lee Chapel on the campus of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, Virginia. The bride is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Vincent Nardone of South Windsor, Connecticut. She is the granddaughter of Mrs. Vincent Nardone of Kingston, Pennsylvania, and the late Mr. Nardone, and Mrs. John Stack of Wyoming, Pennsylvania, and the late Mr. Stack. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Craig Barnds of Our Town. Brandon is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Campbell Barnds and Mrs. E.W. Douglass of Our Town and the late Dr. Douglass. On the evening prior, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Craig Barnds hosted a lovely rehearsal dinner on the lawn of the Hampton Inn Col Alto. Following the ceremony, Dr. and Mrs. Vincent Nardone hosted a reception in Evans Hall on the campus of Washington and Lee University. Brittany Barnds, sister of the groom; served as a bridesmaid. Corbin Barnds, brother of the groom; served as the best man and Vincent Nardone, brother of the bride; was a groomsman. The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon in Antigua, and are at home in Roeland Park. Annaria is pursuing a doctorate degree in bioengineering from The University of Kansas, and Brandon is in his second year at The University of Kansas School of Medicine.
