Under a Harvest Moon – A Farm-to-Table Dinner
On September 30th, guests gathered in Powell Gardens for the sold-out fourth annual Under a Harvest Moon. Chef Ted Habiger of Room 39 created a gourmet farm-to-table dinner from the Heartland Harvest Garden’s bounty. Guests enjoyed a gourmet dinner, hand-selected wine pairings by Amigoni Urban Winery and dining in the open-air Missouri Barn. JoAnn Stultz and Arlyn Silvey served as the co-chairmen. Proceeds benefited Powell Gardens’ educational programs in the harvest garden, our nation’s largest edible landscape.
