Westport Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution – 75th anniversary
The Westport Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) celebrated the 75th anniversary of its founding with a Tea at the Linda Hall Library on the campus of the University of Missouri – Kansas City on June 18th. With 85 guests and members in attendance, the organization presented a gift to the Kansas City community of a Period Light Fixture for the second level entry hall of the Alexander Majors House. The program featured many special guests and also recognized dedicated members during this lovely ceremony.
