Jackson County CASA – Carnival for CASA
The 12th Annual Carnival for CASA, a benefit for Jackson County CASA, was held on September 12th at Paradise Park. Amy and Brian Beaird were the honorary chairmen. The weather cooperated, making it a beautiful day for more than 400 children who are served by CASA. The event raised more than $30,000. The funds will be used to recruit, train and support CASA volunteers, who serve as advocates for children who have been neglected or abused and are in the care of the Jackson County Family Court.
