Spotlight on Centurions – Eric Munninghoff
As a member of Centurions, Eric Munninghoff has served as a member of the diversity committee, social chairman, member of the “Soil to Supper” Food and Agriculture Task Force, and as a member of the Wildcard Task Force. He is a Kansas City native, who now coaches basketball at Rockhurst High School, his alma mater. Eric careers as an employee benefits consultant with CBIZ. He makes time to volunteer with Project Uplift, Downtown Outreach, and Catholic Youth Organization, in addition to serving on St. Thomas More Church’s Guatemala mission board. Eric and his wife, Molly, have two labs, Echo and Jack.
