The ALS Association Mid-America Chapter – KC Walk to Defeat ALS
Jim Rine was the corporate recruitment chairman for The ALS Association Mid-America Chapter’s 2019 Kansas City Walk to Defeat ALS. The October 5th event was held at Kauffman Stadium. Team MHC, the largest corporate team, raised more than $50,000. Proceeds help to discover treatments and a cure for ALS, and to serve, advocate for, and empower people affected by ALS to live their lives to the fullest.
Team Larry was the top fundraising team in 2019, raising more than $16,500. |
The walk route was lined with celebration signs for those who are currently fighting ALS, as well as those who lost their battle with ALS. |
