Truman Library Institute
April 18th was the date for Truman Library Institute’s 25th annual Wild About Harry event. Merilyn and Dr. Loren Berenbom were the event chairs, and David Von Drehle and the late Karen Ball were the honorary chairs. Evan Thomas, New York Times bestselling author, journalist, and historian, was the keynote speaker, and Former Senator Roy Blunt was honored with the 2024 Harry S. Truman Legacy of Leadership Award. Following the presentation, guests enjoyed listening to a conversation between Senator Blunt and Honorary Chair David Von Drehle.
