Wedding – Dillingham

Allie Lynn Dillingham and First Lieutenant Andrew Thomas Hipp were united in matrimony on June 22nd at Union Station Kansas City. Allie is the daughter of Sandi and Allen Dillingham of Kansas City; and she is the granddaughter of Mary Lynn Wright of Kansas City, and the late Ronald Wright; and John Dillingham of Kansas City, and the late Nancy Dillingham. Andrew is the son of Lisa and G. Thomas Hipp, Jr., of Kansas City; and the grandson of the late Agnes and Dean McPherson, and Ann and Colonel Gerald Hipp (Ret.) of Savannah, Georgia.

The evening prior to the ceremony, the couple was feted by the groom’s parents at a lovely rehearsal dinner, held at Pierpont’s at Union Station. Following the nuptials, the bride’s parents hosted a stunning reception in Union Station. Attending to the bride were the maid of honor, Mollie Dillingham, sister of the bride; and bridesmaids Foster Steward, Lorina Amore, Mickayla Hartung, Lauren Campbell, Mackenzie Koch, Madeleine Leblanc, and Evan Anderson. The best man was Thomas Hoambrecker, and the groomsmen were Staff Sergeant Ryan Howerton and Trevin Howerton, brothers of the groom; First Lieutenant Forde Norris, First Lieutenant Coert Pease, Staff Sergeant Joey Lynch, David Kelliher, and Logan Fox.

Following a honeymoon in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, the couple is at home in Anchorage, Alaska, where Allie is employed as a pediatric registered nurse, and Andrew is with The United States Army, Charlie Company, 3rd Battalion, 509th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 2nd Brigade Combat Team, 11th Airborne Division.
