2026 Issues

Margaret Mae Brandmeyer and James Frederick Andrews met at the Beaver Creek Chapel to exchange wedding vows on September 5th, a gorgeous day in the Colorado mountains! The elegant reception was held following the nuptials at the Ritz Carlton, Bachelor Gulch, hosted by the bride’s parents. The couple was feted at a rehearsal dinner the evening prior at Splendido, hosted by the groom’s parents. 

Margaret is the daughter of Bridget and John Brandmeyer of Leawood, Kansas; and she is the granddaughter of the late Ruby and Edward Scanlon, and Jeanne and Joe Brandmeyer of Mission Hills, Kansas. James is the son of Cynthia and Hugh Andrews of Kansas City, Missouri; and he is the grandson of Kay and Courtney Whitlock of Springfield, Missouri; and the late Kathleen and James Andrews. 

Attending to the couple were the maid of honor, Margot Wentz; and bridesmaids Elisabeth Braithwait, Delaney Lanning, Amanda Clark, Kate Hogg, Mary Katherine Andrews, and Anne Marie Andrews. The best man was William Andrews, and the groomsmen were Hayes Hendricks, Tommy Boehm, Ritter Braithwait, George Story, Oscar Brandmeyer, and Gus Brandmeyer. The flower girl was Quintana Martel, and the ushers were Trent Cartmell and Griffin Brandmeyer.

Following a honeymoon in Greece, the couple is at home in town, where Margaret is employed with MERSEA in Lenexa, Kansas, and James is employed with Quote Factory in Overland Park, Kansas.
