May 2nd was the date for An Evening of Appreciation: Opening Act, a benefit for the University of Central Missouri, which was held at the Warrensburg Campus. Guests were entertained by performances from Quixotic, and donors were honored throughout the evening. The University also announced Dreams Unite, a new comprehensive campaign which supports University capital projects, student scholarships, and vital programming.
