On April 16th at Oakwood Country Club, the Jewish Federation of Kansas City hosted its annual Major Benefactors and Lion of Judah Reception, an evening of celebration and inspiration. The featured speaker was Chef Ben Siman-Tov, co-owner of Buba Bureka in New York City and co-author of eat small plates: vibrant, shareable dishes for daily joy.
