An elegant and colorful affair, the Lyric Opera Ball – A Modern Masquerade featured guests dressed to the nines in dazzling masquerade finery. The 40th Ball featured dinner, a fabulous silent auction, dancing, and performances, all presented by the Lyric Opera Circle with Peggy Beal at the helm. Co-chairmen Nicole Browne and Kimberlee Ried led the sumptuous evening, with Diana and Jim Cusser serving as honorary chairmen. Proceeds support Kansas City’s own Lyric Opera.
