Kansas City Ballet Guild kicked off its season at Boulevard Brewing Company on August 23rd, welcoming Guild members, guests, staff, and dancers. Guild President Edie Downing and Nutcracker Ball Co-chairman Juliette Singer shared remarks, and excitement was in the air for the Ballet’s season opening show, The Wizard of Oz. The event was organized by Peggy Younger, Anna Breedlove, Elizabeth Sady, and Alexis Strauss.
