This year’s Green Tie Gala raised proceeds for Blood Cancer United’s Dare to Dream project, which is focused on advancing pediatric cancer research. After a brief hiatus, The Opes Charitable Foundation hosted the gala on August 15th at the Muehlebach Tower of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. The festive evening included cocktails, dinner, a silent auction, and dancing to the tunes of Lost Wax.
