Guests were transported to the glorious ambiance of the 1940s at the Symphony League’s Symphony Ball: Sentimental Journey on September 12th at Union Station Kansas City. Melanie Merrill Thompson served as Ball chairman, with Beth and Pat McCown as honorary chairmen, and League President Mary Leonida joined in the celebration. Matthias Pintscher conducted the Symphony’s beautiful musical selections, making the nostalgic evening a tremendous success!
