Loose Park’s Laura Conyers Smith Municipal Rose Garden was in full bloom for the Kansas City Rose Society’s annual Wine & Roses event on September 17th. With a stunning sunset as the backdrop, the evening was a lovely celebration of the garden’s beauty. Julia Malter and Rachel Sexton served as co-chairmen, with Lauren and Richard English as honorary chairmen.
