The 76th Anniversary BOTAR Ball was held on October 18th at the Muehlebach Tower of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Mrs. Matthew Julian Knopke (Mary Ann Guastello Knopke) served as the 2025 BOTAR president, and she and the committee orchestrated a beautiful tribute to the roaring ‘20s with a dramatic black and white and gold flair. The traditional waltz performed by the BOTARs (with white ostrich fans) and Escorts was highlighted by a delightful Charleston dance interlude. Proceeds benefit the mission of the American Royal.
