The 75th Anniversary BOTAR Ball

The 75th Anniversary BOTAR Ball was held on October 26th at the Muehlebach Tower of the Kansas City Marriott Downtown. Mrs. Jeffery Cotton Welch, Jr. (Natalie Kirk Welch) served as the 2024 BOTAR president, and she and the committee produced an absolutely stunning Italian coast feel for the annual presentation Ball. With greens, corals, and pinks, and a gorgeous tile effect, it was the perfect backdrop for the turquoise two-toned gowns to shine like the blue sea waters. The traditional waltz performed by the BOTARs (with ostrich fans) and Escorts was highlighted by two fun dance interludes. Proceeds benefit the mission of the American Royal.
