Catholic Charities Foundation of Northeast Kansas and New Roots – The Gathering

Teresa Walsh hosted the 11th annual occasion of The Gathering, a benefit for Catholic Charities Foundation of Northeast Kansas and the New Roots program. Missy Kuklenski served as the chairman. New Roots helps refugees, immigrants, and English language learners utilize their skills to help sustain their families and our community through agriculture. The event featured remarks from Amelia Reyes and Kristin Selby, both of Catholic Charities of Northeast Kansas; along with delectable fare from The Russell, and an opportunity to shop for fresh produce from a pop-up farmstand created by the farmers from the New Roots program.
