Celebrating Service – Rose Brooks
Since 2001, the State Line Services League, also known as SL2, has provided volunteer support to Rose Brooks Center and many other social service organizations in Our Town. Originally established as Rose Brooks Center’s Facility Committee, the members plan volunteer opportunities including organizing Rose Brooks Center’s Rosie’s Boutique, making and serving meals for community outreach programs, helping with holiday gift programs and environmental cleanup days, and assisting with after-school education programs. Each year the group averages 600 volunteer hours, and Rose Brooks Center is deeply grateful for their support.
