Cheers to Volunteers! – Dr. Edward “Ted” Higgins

Dr. Edward “Ted” Higgins has been a devoted vascular surgeon in the Kansas City community and a tireless advocate for improving health here in Our Town. He has previously served as president for the Research Medical Center staff, and chairman of The Research Foundation where he currently serves as a board member. Dr. Ted Higgins is a committed member of the MS 150, an annual fundraiser for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. The Research Foundation honored Dr. Higgins this year by establishing a nursing scholarship in his name.
