Congratulations, Adele & Blake!
Mr. and Mrs. Michael John Royle of Parkville, Missouri, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Adele McConnell Royle, to Blake Clemens McCartney, the son of Mr. and Mrs. David James McCartney of Manchester, Missouri. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. Gerald Warner Gorman of Kansas City, Missouri, and the late Mr. Gorman, and Mr. John William Royle of Blue Springs, Missouri, and the late Joanne Royle. Adele is a graduate of Park Hill South High School. She was a Jewel Ball debutante in 2016. Adele earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Missouri. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority and Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. Adele is employed with Collier’s in Clayton, Missouri.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clemens Charles Petschel, and Mrs. James Hugh McCartney of St. Louis, Missouri, and the late Mr. McCartney. Blake is a graduate of De Smet Jesuit High School in St. Louis, Missouri. He earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from the University of Missouri. Blake is currently studying for a master’s degree in international business at St. Louis University. He is a member of Delta Chi fraternity and Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity. Blake is employed with Boeing in St. Louis. Theirs will be a July 22nd wedding at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Kansas City.
