Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey M. Bublitz of Leawood are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Alexandra Bublitz, to Scott Keels Miller, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles F. Miller of Prairie Village. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. Karl Ernst Bublitz of Our Town and the late Susan Smith Bublitz and the late Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Martin Butcher. Brooke graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School. She earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology and communication from the University of Colorado. Brooke is a BOTAR, class of 2010. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and careers with Lockton Companies.
Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Atholl T. Miller of Devils Elbow, Missouri, and the late Mr. Miller and the late Mr. and Mrs. Guy Keels. Scott is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management and real estate from the University of Colorado. Scott was a BOTAR escort in 2010. He is a member of Sigma Nu fraternity and is employed by RED Brokerage. Theirs will be a June 8th wedding at Village Presbyterian Church.
