Dr. and Mrs. Richard Charles Arnspiger II of Fairway, Kansas, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Margaret Arnspiger, to Robert Eugene Freeman, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Jarrel Freeman of Mission Hills, Kansas. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mrs. John Matthews of Kansas City, Kansas, and the late Mr. Matthews, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard Charles Arnspiger. Hannah is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. She earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from The University of Kansas. Hannah is currently earning a master’s degree in pediatric primary care from Vanderbilt University. She is a BOTAR, class of 2019, and a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Hannah is employed in the neonatal intensive care unit at Children’s Mercy. 

Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Noel Sawyer of Kansas City, Missouri, and the late Mr. and Mrs. Eugene Frederick Freeman, Jr. Bobby is the great-grandson of Mrs. William Hamer Russell of Prairie Village, Kansas. He is a graduate of Rockhurst High School. Bobby was a Gentleman of The Jewel Ball in 2018. He received a bachelor of science degree in business administration from The University of Kansas. A member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity, Bobby was a BOTAR escort in 2021. He is a private wealth advisor with FCS Private Wealth Management in Leawood, Kansas. Theirs will be a December 3rd wedding at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Redemptorist Catholic Church in Kansas City.
