Susan DeVos of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Kelsi Marie DeVos, to Neal Cubbison Stark, the son of Mr. Benjamin Walker Stark of Our Town and the late Rita Evans Stark. The bride-to-be is also the daughter of the late Mr. Dennis DeVos. Kelsi is the granddaughter of Mrs. Robert Lange of Crofton, Nebraska, and the late Mr. Lange and the late Mr. and Mrs. Roy DeVos. She is a graduate of Fargo South High School in Fargo, North Dakota. Kelsi earned a bachelor of science degree in behavioral neuroscience from The University of Kansas. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Kelsi is careering with Accounting Principals.

Her groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Ray Evans and the late Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Allan Stark. Neal is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. He earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration from The University of Kansas. Neal was a Jewel Ball escort in 2008 and a BOTAR escort in 2012. He is a member of Phi Delta Theta fraternity. Neal is employed with Service Management Group. Theirs will be a May 14th wedding at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church.
