Congratulations, Linda & Matt!

Mr. and Mrs. Steven Kent Howard of Prairie Village are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Linda Ann Howard, to Matthew Stephen Rau, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Henderson Rau and Mr. and Mrs. Matthew Bouchard, all of St. Louis, Missouri. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Charles Jensen, Jr. of Prairie Village and the late Mr. and Mrs. Paul Leroy Howard. Linda is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. She was a Jewel Ball debutante in 2007. Linda earned a bachelor of arts degree in communications from the University of Missouri – Columbia. She is a BOTAR, class of 2010. Linda is a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority and careers with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Kansas City. 

Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Walter Haessig of St. Louis, Missouri, and the late Mr. Haessig and the late Mr. and Mrs. Godfried Henry Rau. Matt is a graduate of St. Mary’s High School in St. Louis. He earned a bachelor of business administration degree in marketing from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Matt is a member of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity. He is employed with Ferguson Properties in Liberty, Missouri. Theirs will be an April 8th wedding at Village Presbyterian Church.
