Congratulations, Mark & Mary!

Mary Gentry Reed and Mark Stephen Hart met at the altar of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Redemptorist Church to exchange wedding vows on June 15th. The bride is the daughter of Page and Bruce Reed of Kansas City, Missouri. Mary is the granddaughter of the late Mary Shaw and William Coleman Branton, and the late Ruth and Cameron Reed. The groom is the son of Lisa and James Hart, also of Kansas City.

Mark is the grandson of Judith and Mark Flaherty of Davenport, Iowa, and the late Phyllis and Stephen Hart. Rebecca Coulson was the matron of honor (and adorable Sophie Coulson served as the flower girl, admirably), and Mary Hart, Annie Hart, Maggie Hart, and Kathryn Hart, sisters of the groom; Hannah Murry, and Caitlin Johnson were bridesmaids. James Hart, brother of the groom; was the best man, and Coleman Reed, brother of the bride; Thomas Watson, Broderick Johnson, Thomas Randolph, Steve Hays, and Kennan Healy were the groomsmen.

The evening prior to the ceremony, the groom’s parents hosted a lovely rehearsal dinner at The Classic Cup, and following the nuptials, the bride’s parents entertained family and friends at the gorgeous reception at the Kansas City Country Club. Following a honeymoon in Maui, Hawaii, the newlyweds are at home in Kansas City, Missouri, where Mary is employed with Lockton Companies, and Mark is employed with Polsinelli.
