Mr. and Mrs. David Rufus Gibson, Jr. of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Mary Clare Gibson, to Jeffrey Martin Crowe, Jr., the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Martin Crowe, Sr. of Our Town. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of Mr. Gene Gerard of St. Louis, Missouri, and the late Mrs. Gerard and the late Mr. and Mrs. David Gibson. Mary Clare is a graduate of Notre Dame de Sion High School. She earned a bachelor of health sciences degree from the University of Missouri. Mary Clare is a member of Chi Omega sorority. She careers with Cerner.

Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William Joseph Harte of Our Town, the late Mrs. Charles Howard Koslowsky, Jr. and the late Mr. Joseph McLiney Crowe. Jeff is a graduate of Rockhurst High School. He was a member of The Jewel Ball floor committee in 2012. Jeff received both a bachelor of science degree in accounting and a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Missouri. He is a member of Beta Theta Pi fraternity. Jeff is employed with KPMG. Theirs will be a September 9th wedding at Visitation Church.
