Congratulations, Mr. and Mrs. Craig!

Nicole Marie Burns and Bernard Joseph Craig were married on May 24th at Visitation Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Joseph Burns of Loch Lloyd, Missouri. Nicole is the granddaughter of Virginia “Ginny” Stack Burns of Our Town, the late Mr. Edmond Donald Burns, the late Elvira Quiroz Clarke, and Mr. Lupe Alvarez of Raytown, Missouri. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Duffy Craig, Jr. of Our Town. Bernard is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Richard G. Wilson and the late Mr. and Mrs. Bernard Duffy Craig, Sr. 

The evening prior, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Mission Hills Country Club. Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a lovely reception at the InterContinental Kansas City at the Plaza. McKenzie Burns, sister of the bride; served as the maid of honor. Stephanie Fitzhugh, sister of the groom; Beth Schilling, Jane Porter, Jessica Seiffert, and Katie Piedmonte were bridesmaids. Luke Burns, brother of the bride; served as best man. Ricardo Torres, Chad Sneed, Matt Walters, Joe Bant, and Matt Mentzer were groomsmen. The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon to Honolulu, Hawaii, and are at home in Our Town. Nicole is careering with Health Fitness, and Bernard is employed with Craig Associates.
