Congratulations Mr. and Mrs. Raab!
Katherine Michelle Martin and Kenneth Scott Raab were married on June 1st at St. John’s Church at Lafayette Square in Washington, D.C. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Baxter Martin of Leawood, and the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. James Samuel Beasley and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Thomas Martin. Her groom is the son of Mrs. Charles H. Raab of Walnutport, Pennslyvania, and the late Mr. Raab. He is the grandson of Mrs. Lawrence W. Caddington of Walnutport, Pennslyvania, and the late Mr. Caddington.
The evening prior, the groom’s mother hosted a rehearsal dinner at P.J. Clarke’s. Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a reception at the Newseum. Dr. Christopher P. Raab, the groom’s brother; served as the best man. Thomas Bradley Martin, the bride’s brother; was a groomsman. After honeymooning on the Hawaiian Islands, the newlyweds are at home in Arlington, Virginia. Michelle is careering with Genentech, and Scott is employed by The United States Senate.
