Congratulations, Mr. & Mrs. Mercurio!

Catherine Alice Hoverder and Justin Alphonse Mercurio were married on June 5th at St. Therese Parish Church. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Timothy Hoverder of Kansas City. She is the granddaughter of the late Dr. and Mrs. Ralph Fletcher Davis and the late Mr. and Mrs. Wallace Hoverder. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Steve Mercurio of Parkville, Missouri. Justin is the grandson of Virginia Burgman of Lenexa, the late Mr. William Burgman and Mrs. Alphonse Mercurio of Jefferson City, Missouri, and the late Mr. Mercurio.

On the evening prior, the couple hosted a rehearsal dinner at Em Chamas Brazilian Grill. Following the ceremony, the newlyweds hosted a lovely wedding reception at The Baltimore Club. Hannah Palmer served as the maid of honor. Austin Hoverder and Alexa Hoverder, cousins of the bride; and Breanne Mercurio, sister of the groom; were bridesmaids, and Ryan Walters and Reese Walters, cousins of the groom; were junior bridesmaids. Colton Mercurio, brother of the groom; served as best man. Jonathan Winarski, Kevin Walterbach, Jim Gero, and William Hoverder, brother of the bride; were groomsmen. Maria Hanson and Grace Hanson, cousins of the groom; were the flower girls, and Matthew Hanson, cousin of the groom; was the ring bearer. The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon to the Eastern Caribbean and is at home in Chicago, Illinois.
