Mallory Anne Mahoney and Sean Patrick Murphy were married on May 3rd at the Silver Strand State Beach on Coronado Island, California. The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Edward Mahoney of La Jolla, California, and formerly of Our Town. She is the granddaughter of Jerre Clark Steenhof of Our Town and the late Mr. Alvin Steenhof and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward John Mahoney. Her groom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Michael Murphy of Bethel Park, Pennsylvania. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Fascenda of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and Mr. and Mrs. James Murphy of Wilmington, Delaware. On the evening prior, the groom’s parents hosted a rehearsal dinner at Lou & Mickey’s. Following the ceremony, the bride’s parents hosted a beautiful reception at Silver Strand Beach. The happy couple enjoyed a honeymoon to Argentina and Machu Picchu, Peru, and is at home in San Diego, California. Mallory is careering with think PARALLAX in Encinitas, California, and Sean is employed with the San Diego Fire and Rescue Department.
