Kathy and Lance Nelson of Kansas City, Missouri, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Rose Nelson, to Nathan Allen Nelson, the son of Lisa and Dr. Todd Nelson of Carroll, Iowa. Hannah is the granddaughter of Shirley Mueller of Liberty, Missouri, and the late Fred Mueller; and Irene and Gary Nelson of Olathe, Kansas. Nate is the grandson of Sharon Arndt of Spencer, Iowa, and the late Richard Arndt; and Mary and Roger Nelson of Milford, Iowa.
Hannah is a graduate of Olathe Northwest High School and Kansas State University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration and marketing. She is a member of Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority. Hannah went on to earn a master of business administration degree and a master in sport business management degree at the University of Central Florida. Nate graduated from Carroll High School and Iowa State University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in business administration and accounting. He also received a master’s degree in professional accounting at The University of Texas at Austin.
Hannah is employed with the WNBA Dallas Wings, and Nate is employed with Frito-Lay, North America, and the couple resides in Dallas, Texas. Theirs will be a May 2nd wedding at The Guild in Kansas City, Missouri.
