Congratulations, Katherine & Constantine!

Mr. and Mrs. Richardson Kammeyer Powell of Our Town are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Keller Powell, to Constantine John “Gus” Jianas, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Gus Jianas of Prairie Village.  The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Shaw Keller and the late Mr. and Mrs. George Everett Powell, Jr.  Katherine is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School. She earned a bachelor of arts degree in International Studies from Emory University. Katherine was a Jewell Ball debutante in 2003 and is a member of Kappa Alpha Theta sorority. She careers with BKV in Atlanta, Georgia.

Her groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. John Leroy Marshall, Jr.  of Overland Park and the late Mr. Marshall and of Mrs.Gus George Jianas of Our Town and the late Mr. Jianas.  He is a graduate of The Pembroke Hill School.  Gus earned a bachelor of arts degree in organizational communications from Miami University of Ohio.  He is employed by SignUp4 in Atlanta. Theirs will be a June 16th wedding at the Greek Orthodox Cathedral of the Annunciation in Atlanta.
