Congratulations, Laura & Jesse!
Mr. and Mrs. Robert M. Beachy of Prairie Village are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Elizabeth Beachy, to Jesse Leroy Langdon, the son of Mrs. Emmett Langdon of Parkville, Missouri, and the late Mr. Langdon. The bride-to-be is the granddaughter of the late Honorable and Mrs. Hammond C. Woods and the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Stutzman Beachy, Jr. Laura is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School. She was a Jewel Ball debutante in 1996 and is a BOTAR, class of 2000. She received a bachelor of arts degree in English from Indiana University, a bachelor of science degree in secondary education from Kansas State University and a master of arts degree in teaching from Webster University. Laura is a member of Delta Gamma sorority and is employed by the Shawnee Mission School District. Her groom-elect is a graduate of Park Hill High School. Jesse is a Microsoft Certified Professional from National American University and careers with Cerner Corporation. Theirs will be an October 5th wedding at Village Presbyterian Church.
