Mr. and Mrs. Dennis Alan Ehrich, Jr. of Mission Hills, Kansas, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Catherine Simmons Ehrich, to Preston James Spencer, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Scott Spencer of Prairie Village, Kansas. Kiki is the granddaughter of Mrs. Gerald Earl Williams of Prairie Village, and the late Mr. Williams; and Mr. Dennis Alan Ehrich of New York, New York, and the late Linda Eldredge Ehrich. PJ is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Louis Horne of Lincoln, Nebraska, and Mr. and Mrs. Jim Souligny Spencer of Leawood, Kansas. 

Kiki is a graduate of Shawnee Mission East High School, and The University of Kansas, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi sorority. PJ also graduated from Shawnee Mission East High School and Northwestern University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. He also holds a master’s degree from The Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Kiki is employed with NBC Universal, and PJ is employed with Associated Bank, both in Chicago, Illinois. Theirs will be a June 7th wedding at Village Presbyterian Church in Prairie Village, Kansas.
