June 23rd is the date for Harvester’s Chefs Classic to be held at The American Restaurant. Carla and Danny O’Neill are the honorary chairmen, and Debbie Gold is the host chef. Visiting Chefs Vinny Dotolo, Animal Restaurant, Los Angeles; Kelly English, Restaurant Iris, Memphis; and Nancy Olson, Gramercy Tavern, New York; will join local Chefs Michael Beard, 715 Mass, Lawrence; Patrick Ryan, Port Fonda; and Todd Schulte, Genessee Royale Bistro and Happy Gillis Cafe; to prepare mouthwatering dishes and carefully selected fine wines.
