May 14th was the date for The Hats Off to Mothers Patrons’ Party at Tiffany & Co. on the Country Club Plaza. Barbara Storm served as the chairman of the 11th annual Hats Off to Mothers Luncheon, a benefit for United Cerebral Palsy of Kansas City, which was held on May 16th.
