JDRF’s 2012 Walk to Cure Diabetes & 5K will be held on October 6th at Truman Sports Complex to raise funds to cure, treat and prevent type 1 diabetes. Wes Blanton, representing Bank of America, will serve as the Walk’s corporate chairman. The goal of JDRF is to improve the lives of every person affected by T1D by accelerating progress on the most promising opportunities for curing, better treating and preventing the disease.
