Jackson County CASA
June 30th was the date for Jackson County CASA’s 19th annual Carnival for CASA at Faulkner’s Ranch. More than 720 children and adults enjoyed the beautiful day which featured a “western” theme. The fun activities included a zipline, feeding the animals, a mega slide, face painting, and visits from KC Wolf, Mac the Maverick, and Chiefs cheerleaders. Proceeds support the organization’s mission to provide advocacy for Jackson County children in foster care due to abuse or neglect.
