Jackson County CASA’s Light of Hope Breakfast 2025

2025 Issues

April 22nd was the date when Jackson County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) celebrated the 25th anniversary of the Light of Hope Breakfast, which was held at Loews Kansas City Hotel. The festivities included honoring the Hunt Family Foundation with the Light of Hope Award, and bestowing the Teresa Rabideau Award for Volunteer Excellence to Kelly Bergin. With KC Wolf and Chiefs cheerleaders in attendance, more than 800 guests enjoyed the chance to support the organization’s mission of representing children and youth in foster care.
