Kansas City Young Matrons – Installation Day Tea

May 1st was the date for Kansas City Young Matrons’ annual Installation Day Tea. Members enjoyed a lovely brunch hosted by Diane Roth. The new president, Mary Katz, was installed, in addition to the board of directors. Long-standing members were recognized, and Bonne Illig received the Honorable Life Membership award.

New Member Class of 2023-2024: Lane Odle, Betsy Frost, Rebekah Bonde, Johnia Bagby, Susan Toussaint, Sarah Summers, Jennifer Ellis, Lindsey Erickson, Michelle Meurer, Jamie Turner, Joni Rogers, and Karen Osborn

 

Becky Samuelson and Cindy Bowling received red roses for the most service hours by new members. Lee Harizanoff received a red rose for the most service hours by an active member. (out of camera range) Stephanie Hawn, who was also honored for the most service hours by a new member.

 

Sally Beal, Lee Harizanoff, and Debbie Papa received yellow roses for the most hours contributed to Civic Affiliates.
